The company

Kismet Software LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Utah, United States. It is the entity that owns, operates, and contracts for every product listed on this site.

Each product trades under its own name. Those names are trading names of Kismet Software LLC — they are not separate companies, not subsidiaries, and not separate legal persons. An agreement made with any of them is an agreement with Kismet Software LLC.
